GUARDIANSHIP

 

A guardian is someone who is appointed by a court to protect and care for the health and well-being of an incapacitated person, or a minor child.*

Whether you need to pursue guardianship of an aging or incapacitated loved one or that of a minor child, our goal is to make the legal process as easy and cost effective as possible.

Document Preparation Fee: $750.00

CONSERVATORSHIP

 

A conservator is a fiduciary who is appointed by a court to protect and conserve the assets of an incapacitated person, or a minor child. The process is similar to the appointment of a guardian.*

​

As with guardianship, our goal is to make the legal document process as easy and cost effective as possible.

​

Document Preparation Fee: $750.00

​

Additional Costs:

​

  • Oregon Circuit Court filing fees for Guardianship according to the circuit court published fee schedule.

​​

  • Oregon Circuit Court filing fees for Conservatorship determined by the size of the estate according to the circuit court published fee schedule.

                                                     

  • Service Fee's

  • Visitor Fee for adult Guardianship or Conservatorship vary by county, typically $300.
